After graduating from classical high school, he earned a degree in Law from the University of Catania in 1987, discussing a thesis in criminal economic law on false corporate communications.
He served as an Officer in the Carabinieri Corps, taking on, among others, the Command of the II Company of the III Carabinieri Battalion Lombardia in Milan.
He specialized in commercial, corporate, banking, and stock market law, as well as bankruptcy law, and obtained a Level II Master’s in “Corporate Lawyer”. A Supreme Court lawyer, at the Legal Boutiques JPS AVVOCATI ASSOCIATI of Catania, via Vittorio Emanuele Orlando n. 26 and Milan, via Sant’Antonio n. 14, he has been providing assistance to companies for over 35 years and is active with his professional staff, composed of several lawyers specialized in commercial law, in the areas of Banking and Finance, Capital Markets, Corporate, Merger and Acquisition, Tax, Crisis and Restructuring, Corporate Litigation and Business Disputes.

After graduating from classical high school, she enrolled in the Master's Degree Course in Law and, during her university studies, spent a period abroad with the Erasmus+ program at the University of Limerick in Ireland. She also furthered her university education by successfully attending several Summer Schools at major international university institutions such as: the London School of Economics and Political Sciences (LSE), SOAS University of London, University College London (UCL), University of Cape Town.
In July 2021, she obtained her master's degree in Law from the University of Milan with a grade of 110/110. Since July 14, 2025, she has been a PhD in Political and Social Sciences, a title obtained at the Department of Political and Social Sciences of the University of Catania.
In October 2023, she qualified to practice law at the Court of Appeal of Catania with a grade of 180/180 and, in the same year, registered with the Bar Association of Catania, dedicating herself to the legal profession at the Jelo and Associates Law Firm, managed by Lawyer Massimiliano Jelo di Lentini, her father.

She obtained her Master's Degree in Law at the University of Catania in the summer of 2019. During her university studies, in the summer of 2017, she attended a Summer School in International Law at the University of California Los Angeles (UCLA).
In 2021 she obtained a Master in International Law (LLM) at the University of Miami School of Law.
Since 2023 she has been a student in the PhD course in "Economic, Business and Legal Sciences" at the University of Enna "Kore". In September 2022 she qualified to practice law at the Court of Appeal of Catania and the following year she registered with the Bar Association of Catania, dedicating herself to the legal profession at the Jelo e Associati Law Firm, managed by Lawyer Massimiliano Jelo di Lentini, her father.
Since 2021 she has been collaborating with the Saade Law Firm, Coral Gables, Florida (USA).
